オーストリアで７０台絡む玉突き事故
３月２５日オーストリアの高速道路で７０台の車両が巻き込まれた玉突き事故が発生し死亡者１名負傷者３７名という事故が発生しました。事故原因は猛吹雪によるスリップです。この規模で死亡者が１名だったのは奇跡かもしれません。
このようなケースでは誰が誰にどれだけ賠償するか、対物賠償保険がどれだけ付いているのかなどなど、諸々問題が発生します。決着がつくまで長時間を有する可能性が高くなります。
このケースで加害者になってしまった場合対物賠償責任は無制限で契約をしてないととんでもないことになります。対物は無制限で契約をすることをおすすめします。
逆に被害者になってまった場合、長時間にわたって大きなトラブルを回避する為には自分の自動車保険をどのような設計にしているかで大きく変わります。
例えば自分の車の損害ですが、車両保険車両保険が付いていれば、誰からいくら貰えるか決着が付くまで首を長くして待つこともなく、自分の保険会社が全額払ってくれます。その後保険会社が加害者に回収をかけるだけです。
けがの補償も同じく、人身傷害保険を付けていれば自分の保険会社が全額払ってくれます。その後保険会社が加害者に回収をかけるだけです。人身傷害保険は治療費実費 逸失利益 慰謝料などを補償してくれます。逸失利益は若年者の場合万一重度の後遺障害を被った場合などは就労可能年数が長い為に、高額になる可能性があります。従ってできれば人身傷害保険も無制限で契約をされたほうがいいでしょう。
